90 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the cordial and slowly top with sparkling wine.
  3. Gently stir, garnish to match your cordial and serve chilled.
PINTA SPRITZ™ cocktail

30 ml Bergamot · Polot 1882
90 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the cordial and slowly top with sparkling wine.
  3. Gently stir, garnish to match your cordial and serve chilled.
SANTA MARÍA SPRITZ™ cocktail

30 ml Blood Orange · Polot 1882
90 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the cordial and slowly top with sparkling wine.
  3. Gently stir, garnish to match your cordial and serve chilled.

For the Prosecco variation, replace the alcohol-free sparkling wine with classic Prosecco. This version contains alcohol.
